| Evidence of Implementation | See action steps, responsibilities, resource allocation, etc. for Strategic Priority 1 Middle School – Completed Turnaround Leadership Program, will continue to sustain goals developed during this process. 2024-2025 MVMS Instructional Way DELTA/OLA completed Trauma Skilled School Model Training provided by National Drop Out Prevention Center. They are now certified and recognized as a Trauma Skilled School and will continue TSSM coaching into the 2025/2026 school year. District staff will continue to receive embedded coaching and content team collaboration to use curriculum materials to develop targeted objectives and success criterias. Quarterly coaching cycles are tracked using a google form that is targeted to support specific building goals such as objectives/success criteria, higher order thinking, and engagement. Data practices guide our planning to ensure we are targeting student needs appropriately. Data Triangle template. Elementary is currently utilizing short cycle assessments; this is being developed at the secondary level. Secondary – Teacher pages are currently being developed to include links to google classroom, objectives/success criteria, lesson plans, etc. Continuous curriculum review and refinement. Maintaining one additional school counselor and one interventionist following the depletion of ESSR funds. Implementation of monthly district counselor meetings to create a district wide survey for parents to help identify social/emotional needs. District wide distributive leadership model – MTSS Communication Plan Assessment calendars for each building. Art of Coaching and CLASS Observation Tool training for all administrators and instructional coaches. Evaluators will also participate in E-Train.
