The principals, instructional coaches, and peer coaches track all observations and next steps. Data practices guide our planning to ensure we are targeting student needs appropriately. Short Cycle Data Tracker, Data Triangles, Action Plan Secondary – Teacher pages (google classroom, objectives/success criteria, etc.) – this is a work in progress! Continuous curriculum review and refinement. Elementary – all new hires will be trained with READ Act approved intervention program as well as the CDE provided READ Act professional development.
