| Evidence of Implementation | See action steps, responsibilities, resource allocation, etc. for Strategic Priority 1 Middle School – Participating in Turnaround Leadership Program MVMS TLP Goals 23-24 Quarterly coaching cycles are tracked using a google form that is targeted to support specific building goals such as objectives/success criteria, higher order thinking, and engagement. The principals, instructional coaches, and peer coaches track all observations and next steps. Data practices guide our planning to ensure we are targeting student needs appropriately. Short Cycle Data Tracker, Data Triangles, Action Plan Secondary – Teacher pages (google classroom, objectives/success criteria, etc.) – this is a work in progress! Continuous curriculum review and refinement. Elementary – all new hires will be trained with READ Act approved intervention program as well as the CDE provided READ Act professional development.
