Quarterly coaching cycles are tracked using a google form that is targeted to support specific building goals such as objectives/success criteria, higher order thinking, and engagement. The principals, instructional coaches, and peer coaches track all observations and next steps.

Data practices guide our planning to ensure we are targeting student needs appropriately.
